Center of Excellence (COE) is part of our Financial Shared Service Center team, which provides global financial sharing services for the group, aiming to strengthen group management and control, optimize business processes, reduce financial costs and improve management efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Study the practical experience of financial expense reimbursement policies and processes (including travel) of leading technology or general industry companies, conduct relevant market research, and design expenses policies and processes in line with global regions to ensure legal compliance and business efficiency.
- Regularly review the financial expense policy and process to ensure the readability of the policy, the rationality of the process, and ensure that policy standards are updated in a timely manner.
- Maintain long-term communication and cooperation with internal stakeholders (such as HR, purchasing, business departments, etc.) to ensure the delivery of related projects.
- Pay close attention to the local laws and regulations of each country or region, and work closely with the legal department to ensure that the cost policy is in line with local, state and federal laws.
- Provide business departments with advice and interpretation on cost policies and daily information inquiries.

**Qualifications**:

- Working experience in expense reimbursement and travel field is preferred, project experience is preferred, Internet and overseas experience is preferred.
- Understand the cultural differences and financial laws in the global region.
- Strong market research and analysis ability: Collect market data, analyze trends, and put forward effective policy or process optimization suggestions.
- Good communication skills: Be able to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders.
- Excellent report writing skills: Be able to write proposals succinctly and accurately based on the results of research and analysis, and demonstrate to stakeholders.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, clear logic of thinking, good professional ethics and enthusiasm for work, the courage to innovate and accept challenges.
- English can be used as a working language.
