**YOUR NEW ROLE**:
As an Associate Technical Analyst, you will be working with clients directly so it is preferred if you have a customer service background. Your responsibilities include:

- resolving technical problems (by tracing, logging and replicating issues)
- regularly updating client on progress and updating CRM system
- cross collaborate with developers and peers
- sharing best practices and maximising product's business value

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**:

- SQL skills and concept of relational database
- availability to work on paid rostered weekends (on rotation every 6 to 7 weeks)
