DJEC provides professional support for Consultants and Contractors across Architecture, MEP, and Structure services. **Role Description**:
This is a full-time on-site role for Junior BIM Modeler/CAD Drafter at DJ Engineering and Construction Pte Ltd (DJEC) located in Singapore. The role involves creating construction drawings, building information modeling (BIM), and working on Architecture, MEP, and Structure services projects. You will support the project teams facilitate efficient project delivery. You will work closely with architects, and engineers to ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

**Qualifications**:

- Nitec, Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Basic knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
- Familiarity with construction processes and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous internship or experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Understanding of 3D modeling and visualization techniques.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
