We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to support the Team Lead to facilitate process improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects to achieve quality and operational effectiveness in the Sales and Procurement activities.

This position plays an important role within the Company in business process improvement projects and your main responsibilities are:
**Responsibilities**:

- Understanding of operational processes and flow in the Sales and Procurement activities and assist to streamline processes to increase organizational efficiency
- Assist to collate, analyse and map system to identify and implement process workflows and improvements
- Assist to identify gaps or issues reported by internal/external stakeholders
- Assist to document new SOP for relevant business processes and translate relevant documents
- Assist to analyse risks associated with the different approaches of process changes and the costs and benefits of the current business process within the Sales and Procurement operations
- Assist to analyse quantitative and qualitative data, preparing findings, and developing business process improvement solutions and recommendations to determine quality and operational effectiveness
- Support to provide training to relevant departments relating to the operational processes & workflows
- Support in project management when necessary

**Job requirements**
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- Good exposure in the Semiconductor industry
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the Supply Chain fulfilment activities in a Semiconductor industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Strong interest in business process architecture (particularly process frameworks, control functions and operations)
- Proficient both in Mandarin and English

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
