**Centre Principal (Childcare/Infant Care)**

**Location**: Sengkang

Are you a **dynamic and passionate leader** in the Early Childhood sector? We are looking for an **experienced Centre Principal** to lead and manage our **childcare/infant care centre**, ensuring a **high-quality learning environment** for children while fostering a **collaborative and professional culture** among staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee **daily centre operations**, ensuring compliance with **ECDA regulations and industry standards**.
- Lead, mentor, and support educators, fostering a **positive and professional work culture**.
- Manage **budgeting and financial operations** to ensure efficient centre management.
- Drive the **development and implementation** of a **high-quality curriculum** and teaching methodologies.
- Develop **strategic plans** to promote a culture of **care, trust, and continuous learning**.
- Strengthen **relationships with families and community stakeholders**, enhancing engagement and collaboration.
- Uphold and model the centre’s **mission, vision, and values** through strong leadership.

**Requirements**:
✔ **L2 Certified by ECDA**
✔ **Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (ADECL) or equivalent**
✔ **Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)** for Infant Care Centres (added advantage)
✔ **Child First Aid certified**
✔ Strong **leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills**
✔ Experience in **childcare/infant care centre management**
✔ Passionate about **early childhood education and excellence in teaching**
✔ Well-versed in **regulatory standards and codes of practice**

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
