**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchasing cycle including request for quotation, PO creation, PO follow up, goods receipt status and supplier billing.
- Liaison and follow up with suppliers/forwarders for on-time delivery management and update of goods arrival schedule on NAV.
- Identify and manage suppliers, including negotiations of pricing, compliance with standards and supply chain performance.
- Inventory management
- Follow and enforce the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Performing any ad hoc duties given by the superior.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Professional Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Procurement or other relevant related studies
- Minimum 1-2 years of procurement working experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Good communications skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with suppliers from Mandarin speaking countries.
- Mature, organized, meticulous, task-oriented and able to handle tasks independently. Must be a team player.

**Additional Information**:

- Working Location: 141 Woodlands Industrial Park E5 Singapore 757507
- Working Hours: 8.30 am to 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)；8.30 am to 1.30pm (Alternate Saturday)
