**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the day-to-day store operations of both homes (Bishan & Bedok), ensuring no stock-out issues.
- Update inventory records in the system and stock cards.
- Sort and organise inventories, ensuring First-in-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation.
- Receive, pack, sort, and issue consumable items to the wards in both homes weekly.
- Reconcile requests from both homes on a weekly/monthly basis, e.g., medical supplies, diapers, milk, etc.
- Ensure that the physical inventory records, receipts, adjustments, and withdrawals from the centralised storeroom are updated and accurate.
- Ensure the accuracy of records of the clinical assets in the inventory system.
- Responsible for the housekeeping and cleanliness of centralised storerooms
- Follow up with vendor/technicians for faulty equipment until repairs are completed.
- Physical bi-annual check on the tagging of the medical equipment and report on missing equipment.
