The Patient Service Associate will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.
- Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
- Attend to walk in and call in patients’ enquiries
- Manage patients’ feedback and enquiries
- Perform service recovery
- Prepare patients’ records and documentation pre
- and post
- consultation and procedures
- Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
- Perform any duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum secondary education- Minimally‌ ‌1‌ ‌year‌ ‌of‌ ‌experience‌ ‌working‌ ‌in‌ ‌outpatient‌ ‌setting‌ ‌preferred‌- Customer service oriented
- Conversant in basic computer skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Cheerful and pleasant personality
- Able to commit to 5.5 day work week - Mon-Fri (full day), Sat (half day)
