**What You Will Do**:

- Analyze and interpret social media data from various social media platforms to identify growth opportunities and trends
- Develop metrics, objectives, and key results for social media growth
- Generate periodic reports and intuitive dashboards to develop and implement growth hacking strategies, and to acquire new users and increase engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize fan and player acquisition and referral campaigns
- Build and maintain databases of social media data for analysis and reporting purposes to improve efficiency
- Track domestic and global user growth trends, and integrate with industry statistics, opinions and market trends, to provide sustainable strategies for long term growth Responsible for the operation and maintenance, monitoring, review, fault response, and troubleshooting of the company's big data foundations
- Responsible for the company's data infrastructure, continuously improve service quality, and enhance user experience; directly cooperate with the production and research team to promote problem solving and continuous optimization of data products
- Deeply understand the pain points of the system, respond to and promote the construction of contingency plans, the construction of disaster recovery systems, the implementation of technical projects, etc., and continue to improve R&D efficiency and service stability

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in social media data analysis, growth hacking, and module development
- Deep understanding different social media platforms and their impact on audience behavior, including popular international social media
- Experience in developing metrics, objectives, and key results for social media growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SQL (database management and data wrangling/processing), Python (data analytics and modelling), and Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Great business sense to discover insights from data in a timely manner, business and target oriented

**Plus**:

- Experience in gaming companies or social media companies, passionate about gaming industry
- Experience in global collaboration and team coordination
