Laundry Operator

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking care of the daily store opening and closing
- The reception, washing, drying, ironing, and packaging of orders, within the established times
- Registering and updating orders and sales on the system
- Keeping the premises clean and maintaining optimal operating conditions
- Maintaining constant and cordial communication with customers
- Checking the condition of the clothes and their type of material
- Guaranteeing a high-quality finish during washing and ironing
- Sort articles before cleaning, separating them by fabric, color, cleaning technique or dirt content for best results

- Must be proactive and able to take initiative
- Must be able to stand, walk and stretch for long periods
- Ability to solve problems and handle stress
- Communication skills
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of mobile apps on a user level
- Knowledge of suitable washing processes for different types of garments and fabrics
- Knowledge of ironing and folding techniques
Part-time hours: 25/44 per week
