**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and pack meat for shipping following precise guidelines and procedures.
- Label packaged meat for identification purposes like weight, type, and date of packaging.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.
- Monitor and control stock levels to manage supplies.
- Operate, maintain and clean machinery and equipment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Track and record data related to inventory, production, and shipment. Load and unload meat products for delivery and storage.

**Prerequisites**:

- Minimum N level or its equivalent, possess Food Hygiene Certificate is advantageous.
- Strong physical fitness & stamina for standing, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Able to work in a refrigerated environment 3 to -18 °C.
- Knowledge of meat cuts, processing techniques, and food safety standards is advantageous.
- A commitment to SAFETY and QUALITY practices.
- Team player and takes initiative.
