**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with regional and global objectives, considering market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Event Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, trade shows, and seminars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs, co-marketing initiatives, and promotional activities to drive mutual business goals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or related industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systems (preferably Marketo and Salesforce)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility for travel within the Asia pacific region as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
