We are looking for an Investment Associate to handle activities beyond financial modelling, such as due diligence for acquisition projects, project structuring and route-to-market for new markets, as well as providing assistance in contractual discussions and setting up joint ventures.
- Create the financial model for the Business Plan that will be used to analyze investments and calculate returns
- Conduct an investment, due diligence, and return analysis for every project
- Execute new and existing projects with support from the various workstreams
- Formulate project structure and route-to-market into each new market
- Tax and financing structuring for each new market
- Keep shareholders informed through regular catch-ups and meetings of the Investment Committee
