We’re seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Event Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, promotion, and execution of events that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will receive **one-on-one mentorship/coaching**from experienced professionals, **travel opportunities**, leadership opportunities to coach newcomers **fast tracked career progression/growth**

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site support.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials and marketing campaigns for events.
- Research and identify target audiences to maximize event reach and attendance.
- Support post-event activities, including reporting and analyzing metrics for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align events with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
