**Role Overview**:

- Lead the maintenance teams to carry out calibration, breakdown repairs and modification of projects.
- Drive continuous machine and procedure improvement program.
- Ensure Breakdown Maintenance records and procedures are well maintained. To revise the procedures as and where applicable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of all documentation & instructions pertaining to equipment inclusive of preparing work instruction and procedure for calibration, repair and troubleshooting.
- Schedule and execute Daily Breakdown Maintenance for production/plant equipment.
- Liaise with external vendor to carry out on facilities equipment service & repair.
- MTBF on equipment spare reliability & substitute for obsolete spare part.
- OJT for new maintenance technicians.
- Commitment - Demonstrates dedication to the role and company
- Willing to learn - Open to acquiring new skills and knowledge
- Attendance - Punctual and reliable in meeting work schedules

**Required Qualifications**
- ITE / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical or industry relevant technical training
