**What we’re looking for**
- Develop commodity futures and financial derivatives hedging strategies, initiate, and manage financial positions for profit;
- In charge of Macro Trading department, manage price exposure for trading positions;
- Responsible for analysis of treasury and stock index; be able to collect key points and report to CEO;
- Develop relationships with key trading counterparties and internal stakeholders;
- Determine the business plan based on the requirements of CEO, set up the business management system of the company and make proper improvement to provide the business operations with sufficient resources;
- Responsible for determining the annual financial budget plans, profit allocation and deficit coverage plans;
- Develop a healthy corporate culture and strengthen the company brand image.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business/Commercial or a related field;
- Proven industrial experience in both financial derivatives and physical commodity trading;
- Full understanding of regional and global trading and related businesses;
- Strong corporate liaison skills, both internally and externally;
- In order to communicate with China-based stakeholders, proficient in English & Chinese (spoken & written) preferred;
- Strong written and spoken communication skills with growth mindset;
- Teamworker, having cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multicultural, high-paced and dynamic environment.
