**Potential Monthly Gross Salary**:Up to SGD 3,200 ++
**Working Hours**:

- 5-Day Work Week (Monday to Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Lift Technician, you will:

- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as inspections, lubrication, and mechanical adjustments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Swiftly diagnose and repair malfunctions or defects to minimize system downtime.
- Perform thorough testing and inspection of safety devices to meet regulatory compliance.
- Recommend and replace worn or damaged parts to ensure system reliability and longevity.
- Provide on-site repairs and respond promptly to emergency breakdowns, prioritizing client convenience.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work for documentation and future reference.

**Entry Requirements**:
To be eligible for this role, you should:

- Have at least 1 year of practical experience in the lift, elevator, and escalator industry.
- Demonstrate the ability to travel across Singapore for job assignments.
