As we continue to expand, we are looking for an enthusiastic freelance trainer to enrich our WhatsApp marketing training program.
**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on WhatsApp marketing strategies, tools, and best practices for both beginners and advanced learners.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and practical exercises, to ensure an effective learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in WhatsApp marketing to provide relevant and valuable insights to our trainees.
- Monitor and assess trainee progress, providing constructive feedback and support throughout their learning journey.
- Collaborate with our training team to continuously improve and enhance the marketing curriculum.
**Requirements**:
- ACTA certification (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment) is mandatory.
- Proven experience and expertise in WhatsApp marketing, with a successful track record in implementing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and adaptability to work with diverse groups of learners.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing your own schedule to deliver exceptional training sessions.
- Prior experience as a trainer or educator in the digital marketing domain will be advantageous.
