- Provide support and assist the team to complete the full spectrum of Accounting operations which includes the preparation of payment and issuance of the invoices
- Perform and ensure all transactions are recorded timely and accurately
- Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
- Liaises with external vendors and clients
- Conduct stock taking if require
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
- Preferably 2 year of Accounting experience
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
- Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
- Effectively bilingual in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking client
