
HR and Office Manager

Our client is one of Singapore's leading egg producers, that provides freshly laid high-quality eggs from their farm. Due to expansion, they are looking for a **HR and Office Manager **to join their team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll of employees
- Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
- Create trusting relations with all employees, from the newly joined to the senior staff
- Ensure that all the staff are aware of their benefits and how to obtain them
- Prepare regular reports for the management including suggestions on how to improve the relations with the staff
- Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations, procedures and any admin related issues
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Requirement:
- Experience HR background
- Positive working attitude
- Able to work independently
Additional Information:
- Working Hour: 8.15am -6pm, Monday to Friday
- Salary range: S$3k-S$3.5k
- Meals and transportation provided
