**Position**: Sushi Chef
**Working Hours**:

- Afternoon shift: 2:00pm-11:00pm (with at least a 30-minute break)
- During busy periods, 1-2 days per week: 10:30am-11:00pm (with a break from 4:00pm-5:30pm)
- Exact schedule depends on management

**Monthly Days Off**: 4 days

**Job Notes**:

- **Restaurant Type**: High-end Omakase Japanese restaurant
- **Requirements**:

- Must have at least 2 years of sushi chef experience
- Basic English communication skills required (Head chef is Japanese; other staff are Chinese)
- Outgoing personality, able to interact with customers at the counter
- Preference for those with sushi restaurant experience (not supermarket sushi counters)

Pay: $3,200.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- 13th month salary
