**Job Summary**

To harvest insights, and build a competitive advantage using predictive data to improve every aspect of our business, including our pricing strategies, demand and supply matching efficiencies, and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualise data requirements and design the data transmission model including data-mapping between logical & physical data model
- Explore and extract insights from dataset of car users and vehicle data, including behavioural, economic, and interaction of supply and demand on ours, and our partners' platforms across Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand
- Build, validate, test, and deploy machine learning or other data science models to predict and influence the behaviour of supply and demand with the goal of optimising system efficiency of the platform
- Develop creative algorithms by employing machine learning and other data science techniques
- Contribute to team’s innovation and IP creation
- Assist in establishing the organisation wide data model and interpretation standard
- Collaborate with other data scientists, software engineers, and business operation teams

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Operations Research, or Mathematics/Statistics, at least 2 years of experience
- Proficient in one or more data programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with one or more big data processing frameworks
- Hands on experience in managing data mapping, quality and integrity, data processing performance and etc.
- Self-motivated, independent learner, and willing to share knowledge with team members
- Detail-oriented and efficient time manager in a dynamic working environment
