We are looking for a motivated and experienced **IT Infrastructure Engineer**to join our team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure required for successful project delivery and ongoing system operations. This role requires strong technical knowledge across systems, networks, and hardware, as well as a proactive approach to troubleshooting and support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and support the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and operational support to ensure system uptime and performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize service disruptions.
- Ensure all systems meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and manage operational tasks effectively.
- Troubleshoot system faults and perform rectification in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and reports for all projects and systems.
- Participate in system testing, upgrades, and deployment activities.
- Provide on-call support or standby duties when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in **Windows Server OS**, **Linux/Unix OS**, and **virtualization platforms**(e.g. VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in system troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of **IT infrastructure services**such as Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Exchange/Mail Services, databases, and web/app servers.
- Experience in system **patch management**and **OS hardening**.
- Working knowledge of **VPN**, **firewall appliances**, **routers**, **switches**, and enterprise hardware (e.g. servers, SAN, NAS).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - able to explain technical issues clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive and independent team player with good interpersonal skills.Experience in documenting procedures and maintaining project records.
