**Job Description**:
As an Operations Intern, you will assist in managing the logistics and workflows of Pawkit’s services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to the seamless delivery of our services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling and Coordination:

- Manage and coordinate housecall appointments for veterinary, grooming, and other services.
- Liaise with team members and customers to ensure schedules are optimized and conflicts are minimized.
- Inventory Management:

- Track inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of equipment, consumables, and other resources.
- Process Improvement:

- Analyze current operational workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service delivery.
- Administrative Support:

- Maintain accurate records of customer bookings, team schedules, and operational metrics.
- Support vendor management, including tracking service agreements and payments.
- Customer Support:

- Assist with resolving operational issues related to customer appointments or services.
- Communicate updates or changes to customers in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for Pets: A love for animals and enthusiasm for the pet care industry.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive and Reliable: Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Eager to identify challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or coordination is a bonus but not required.
