**Responsibilities**
- Conducting market and consumer psychology research and being abreast of emerging digital trends, tools and platforms.
- Performing digital marketing analytics, preparing reports, and sharing key insights with the team to develop optimization plans, including managing platforms for outreach and possible international stockists.
- Strategizing and implementing digital marketing efforts, including KOL and brand partnerships.
- Full spectrum digital ads management, including but not limited to, ad buy, conceptualizing content, implementing effective campaigns, analyzing data, and evaluating campaign performance.
- Maintaining and regularly updating website and other digital company presence, and to improve overall client web UX.
- Inventory management and evaluating sales performance online and in retail locations.
- Marketing team support and ad-hoc support to the relevant teams, including but not limited to photography, client relationship management and retail operations.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of Shopify and proven expertise in e-commerce
- Proficiency of social media platforms, and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.
