Assist Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physicians with day-to-day clinical operation
- Provide consultation, acupuncture, Tui Na, and treatment to the patients
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with their queries
- Scheduling of appointments and registration for patients
- Processing of invoices and payments
- Dispensary of medication
- Collection of payment from customers
- Use of online clinic system
- Purchase of medicines and support materials
- Stock checks and updates

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Professional Certificate with at least one year of working experience in Tuina, customer service & admin. Obtained relevant certificates on TCM Tuina Courses preferred
- Past experience working in other TCM clinics preferred
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision or in a team environment
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to work on night shifts and Saturdays
- Must be comfortable with shift work
