**Job Description**:

Key Responsibilities
- Handle reconciliation of Profit and Loss statements (P/L)
- Prepare Risk reporting and position reporting
- Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks
- Evaluate the gravity of each risk by considering its consequences
- Handle audit processes and procedures
- Develop risk management controls and systems
- Design processes to eliminate or mitigate potential risks
- Create contingency plans to manage crises
- Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses
- Prepare reports and present recommendations
- Help implement solutions and plans
- Ensure risk exposures of the company is within stipulated limits
- Work closely with other business stakeholders
- Conduct identity check/ background check/ risk analysis for personal loan applicants

Key Requirements Must-have:

- At least 5 years of unsecured personal risk control experience
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Studies / Finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent
- No crimiinal record Good-to-have:
- Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification is a plus
- Independent, organized, highly analytical and proactive
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good command in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese typing
- Adapt to fast paced environment
- Effective communication
- Ability to work on mobile Reporting Structure
- Report to Group Finance Manager & CEO
- Work closely with Business Development Managers, around team of 10 members Working Arrangement
