**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To interpret technical drawing and perform machining process and requirement to produce the work piece.
- Perform machine code programming with G code / M code.
- To operate, set up parts and producing parts as per drawing specification.
- Guiding and providing operator/machinist with basic instruction in operating the machines.
- Create and optimize CNC programs based on detailed technical drawings and specifications, ensuring that they meet precision standards required for biomedical components.
- Conduct simulations of CNC programs to verify their accuracy and efficiency before actual machining begins, identifying any potential issues in advance.
- Diagnose and resolve programming issues during machining, making necessary adjustments to optimize production.
- Ensure that all programs adhere to quality control standards and specifications.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in precision fabrication work on CNC milling machines.
- Possess knowledge of mechanical drawing and precision fabrication.
- Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently.

Pay: $1,300.00 - $1,500.00 per month
