Quantity Surveyor

- Position Title**:Quantity Surveyor (M&E)**:

- Working Location: Nearest MRT - Bright Hill/Upper Thomson
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm
- Salary Package**:Up to $4000 + AWS**:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take off quantities and prepare costing and budgets for projects.
- Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Manage and adhere to project budgets during procurement stages.
- Prepare and submit progressive claims and variations of orders to clients.
- Facilitate coordination between subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and other relevant parties.
- Evaluate and certify subcontractor payment claims.
- Generate project Profit & Loss and final account.
- Prepare tender submissions.
- Maintain and monitor Tender boards for potential works.

- Diploma in Building Services/Electrical/Air Conditioning or Plumbing
- At least 5 years of experience in M&E works for interior fit-out sector
- Proficient in quantity take-offs for Builder, Architectural, and M&E works
- With knowledge of architectural finishes, detailing, and M&E system operations
- Experience in executing comprehensive measurements, tender management, procurement activities, and risk assessments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
