・サプライチェーンや物流に関する学位をお持ちの方、もしくは同等の経験をお持ちの方

・2年以上の国際物流もしくは同等の業務経験をお持ちの方

・ビジネスレベルの英語力をお持ちの方(社内外でのコミュニケーションに必要なため)

**Responsibilities**:

- Communication with Japanese customers for international sales.
- Communication for collaboration projects with Japanese brands.
- Communication with Japan office for Purchase Order and shipment.
- Communication with factories in Vietnam/Korea/China for shipment.
- Manage Purchase Orders issued by Customers and invoice issuance.
- Submit orders into ERP system and send production requests to Purchasing team.
- Manage the inventory and place orders of products to stock.
- Keep track of shipment deliveries from Vietnam/Korea to Japan and check the production schedule with factories in Vietnam/Korea/China.
- Manage collaboration projects by cooperating with Development and Production team, manage the sample productions, review the BOM, offer pricing, prepare the marketing documents.
- Report the Purchase Order into the internal network.
- Upload the shipment details into the ERP system.
- Manage and update product specifications.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics or related discipline.
- Min 2 years of working experience in handling overseas sales operations, purchasing, Import and Export and shipping coordination.
- Proficient in Japanese to communicate with Japanese customers for international sales and collaboration projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office Excel due to data analysis and reporting.
