**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Financial Planning & Advisory
- Assess clients' financial situations, needs, and goals.
- Provide tailored financial advice on insurance, investments, and retirement planning.

Product Recommendations
- Offer suitable AIA financial products, including life insurance, health insurance, investment-linked policies, and savings plans.
- Explain the benefits, risks, and terms of each product to clients.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Conduct regular reviews to adjust financial plans based on changing client needs.

Sales & Business Development
- dentify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
- Present financial solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.

Claims & Policy Servicing
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Retirement & Estate Planning
- Help clients plan for long-term financial security, including retirement funds and wealth transfer strategies.
