**User Acquisition Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- To identify potential new users, pitch services and to follow up on new talent/user opportunities
- To support KOLs and new users on app navigation and campaign sign ups
- To develop user tutorials for app navigation and to gather KOL and user reviews
- To work with the respective stakeholders in client campaign briefings
- To conduct user surveys and focus groups on user perks and generate retention strategies
- To plan and assist in user perks execution
- Responsible for Influencer Marketing
- Design, create, manage and optimize UA campaigns for our app
- Deep dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests with its accounts housekeeping
- Prepare multi-dimensional output reports to achieve a balance of multiple indicators such as magnitude retention and Return on Ad Spend (ROAs)
- Conduct competitive and macro-level research by staying informed on industry changes
- Collaboratively work with creative, operations and technical teams to process main projects and side projects
- Monitor project progress, from planning to execution, to ensure it remains focused and effective
- Analyze user acquisition modes, skills and methods of competitors on the market, learn, recommend and implement integrated and innovative user acquisition advertising techniques
- Actively assist in development of improved advertising strategies to increase user interest in the app
- Partner with product and talent management team to track user funnels, identify & prioritise issues, and form hypotheses as to why they are happening and formulate solutions
- Be responsible for translating business needs into specific product requirements and communicating with product and other teams involved for new feature launches
- Lead Roadmap Planning by collaborating cross-functionally to develop medium-to-long term product strategy and roadmap for user experience
- Run Impactful Experimentations: Partner with the product team in designing product experiments to validate / invalidate hypotheses and provide relevant experiment budget sign-offs
- Participate in strategic, project-based work to improve overall platform user experience

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in Business management or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 year experience in user acquisition or user growth experience for software solutions is a must. (Experience in the Gaming Industry is an advantage)
- Has a strong cross-functional leadership track record with great communication skills
- Strong skills in data analysis, user insight generation and impact modelling with strong business acumen
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking, active listening and presenting
- Ambitious, self-driven and motivated with a desire to excel in a fast-changing environment
- A keen eye for detail and ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Tons of curiosity, imagination and creativity with an enterprising attitude towards creative advertising
- Demonstrate open-mindedness, adaptability, and personal integrity
