**What a College Intern - Supply Chain Operations does at HP**:

- Support the operations team in various tasks related to process improvement, data analysis, and project management. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic operations environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct factory data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the team in managing projects and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.

**Individuals who do well in this role at HP, usually possess**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, Computing, Data Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and different time-zones
- Able to commit for a 5-6 months internship, starting in May 2025.
