We are looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our Customer Experience & Logistics Coordinator to assist in ensuring smooth operations regarding inventory management and logistics within the company. The ideal Doll will be responsible for various tasks related to inventory control, quality checks, customer communication, and administrative support. If you are detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approachand are open to a varied role (its always a good time at byCaxs) we would love for you to be part of our Doll Team
**Responsibilities**:
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in updating inventory levels across e-commerce platforms and physical store. This involves monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory movements, and ensuring accurate records of stock quantities.
- **Quality Control**: Perform quality checks for stocks received to maintain product standards and ensure that only high-quality items are accepted into inventory.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Coordinate logistics of stocks to stores & partners. This includes planning and scheduling shipments, arranging transportation, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- **Inventory Monitoring**: Monitor inbound and outbound inventory to ensure accuracy and completeness. This involves tracking stock movements, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- **Stock Transfers and Returns**: Monitor stock transfers, exchanges, or returns between stores or warehouses, updating records and ensuring that the process is executed smoothly.
- **Reporting**: Create key reports to ensure that inventory data are up to date and accurate. These reports may include inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics to support decision-making.
- **Ad-hoc Tasks**: Assist in other ad-hoc tasks required by the company to support operational needs. This may include assisting with inventory audits, participating in process improvements, or providing support to other departments as needed.
- **Administrative Support**: Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities. This may include maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting other team members with administrative duties.

**What we are looking for**:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or related fields
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Preferred 1 year working experience / Fresh grads welcomed
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate, track deliveries and resolve logístical issues
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in performing quality checks, updating inventory records, and preparing reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, suppliers, and customers.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to address customer inquiries, provide assistance, and resolve issues promptly
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and commitment to meeting deadlines, fulfilling responsibilities, and supporting team objectives
- Proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements.
