**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cost Estimation**: Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for ACMV works in construction projects, including material costs, labor, and other resources.
- **Tendering**: Assist in preparing and reviewing tenders, quotations, and cost proposals for ACMV systems in new projects.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and control project costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report variances from the budget.
- **Contract Administration**: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, and variations related to ACMV works.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct site measurements, inspect ongoing works, and ensure that all work is in compliance with specifications and drawings.
- **Value Engineering**: Provide value engineering advice to clients and the project team to reduce costs without compromising quality.
- **Procurement**: Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, contracts, variations, and communications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ACMV quantity surveying, preferably in a construction subcontracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
