**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that work is implemented in accordance with Project Specific Quality
- requirements.
- Develop, update and develop general work procedures and guidelines.
- Adhere to Quality Audit Schedules and perform audits as planned.
- Responsible for verification of in process inspection, final inspection and welding.
- Verifying of weld procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualification testing.
- Random checks of dimensions, welder's certifications material certification and
- traceability for all materials and consumables being used in construction.
- Monitor the weld preparation and welding process / NDE and ongoing compilation
- of weld records.
- Manage non conformances, follow-up and propose solutions for recommendation to
- Project Manager or Construction Superintendent.
- Manage subcontractors, vendor, fabricators and client quality issues.
- Test Pack and Dossier compilation and review Contractor submitted documents.
- Develop and issue quality deliverables as required.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate to people of all levels

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of working experience preferably in Oil and Gas in Engineering
- Inspection, testing, equipment and material
- Qualification (ASNT, CSWIP, ERS or equivalent) in NDT techniques an added
- advantage.
- Good knowledge of International Codes and Standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, API)
- Knowledgeable with Oil & Gas structural and steel piping fabrication procedures and
- welding inspection. And Building M&E services
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 Management system
