DESIGNATION : Office Cleaner (East/ 5 days)

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Executive Private Offices including Chairman's room**
- Wipe and arrange in neat the work desk replace clean cups for use cup and utensil
- Vacuum the floor two times a week
- Wipe the handlebar and glass door/window
- Disposing of waste and replace clean trash bags after clearing the bin

**General office area including training room and HR room**
- Vacuum the floor two times a week
- Wipe the handlebar and glass door
- Disposing of waste and replace clean trash bags after clearing the bin

**Pantry area**
- Clean all cups and utensil
- Wipe all table and chairs
- Make coffee and tea
- Ensure all electrical appliances are clean
- Refill and top up all pantry items
- Ensure aircon and lights are turnoff once finish use
- Disposing of waste and replace clean trash bags after clearing the bin

**Two common toilets and 1 executive toilet**
- Ensure toilet paper and handwash supply
- Clean toilet two times a day and when It's necessary

**Loft area**
- Vacuum the floor once a week
- Wipe the handlebar and glass door once a week
- Wipe all tables and cabinet surface once a week
- Disposing of waste and replace clean trash bags after clearing the bin

**Meeting rooms**
- Wipe table and chairs surface every time after meeting is over
- Serve food and drinks
- Ensure aircon and lights are turnoff once finish use
- Assist to takeaway food for meeting attendees

**General**
- Packing of material and documents
- Properly dispose void documents
