Job Title: Store Supervisor

**About the Job**

As a Store manager, your main responsibility is to oversee the daily operations of the store, ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs. An effective store manager will be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity. The goal is to boost revenues and develop the business of the store.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the company’s brand ambassador and promote brand culture
- Lead, assist, and teach store employees to enable the team to achieve perfect service standard and provide customers with the best service experience
- Responsible for the management and supervision of store goods, and in charge of product acceptance, replacement, display, etc
- Responsible for building the stores sales team and cultivating talents, discovering potential talents, and providing talents for new stores
- Arrange employee shifts according to performance needs
- Work with employees to achieve sales performance goals
- Regularly communicate with superiors, provide regular feedback on store status (team status, product situation, competitive product actions, etc), implement plans that discussed with superiors

**Qualifications & Experiences Needed**
- Love fashion and have certain sensitivity to the market and fashion trends
- Be proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- At least 1 year of retail management experience in the fast fashion industry
- Able to communicate in Mandarin and English

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Fashion retail: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
