Success in this role requires **strong communication skills and business acumen**, as you will be expected to translate technical solutions into clear, **non-technical explanations** for business users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with business stakeholders to **understand requirements** and provide SAP FICA solutions in a way that is easy to comprehend.
- Bridge the gap between **technical teams and non-technical users**, ensuring clear communication of system capabilities and limitations.
- Configure and optimize **SAP FICA** solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support end-users, troubleshoot issues, and guide teams in adopting best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as an **SAP FICA Consultant**, preferably in a fast-moving industry.
- Ability to **explain SAP concepts to non-SAP users** in a simple and relatable manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use **common sense** in approaching business challenges.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations.
- Willingness to travel to Singapore for the first **3 to 4 weeks** of the assignment.
