Your role.

As a Principal Security Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping Zuhlke's Cybersecurity consulting presence in Asia. Leveraging your expertise, you will drive the acquisition and delivery of diverse cybersecurity projects for our clients, ensuring the security of their digital products, organizational structures, and processes.

In this role, you will not only act as a coach and thought leader but also serve as a mentor to your colleagues, showcasing leadership and consulting skills. Your ability to navigate Asian markets and engage with clients from start-ups to multinationals will be crucial in winning and successfully concluding client mandates. You will advise clients on a broad spectrum of information and IT security issues, building trust at all levels, from developers to C-level, through effective communication.

Your goal.
- Advising clients on cybersecurity risks and solutions in the digitalization context.
- Providing cybersecurity guidance to clients, positioning Zuhlke as a reliable partner.
- Identifying growth opportunities for Zuhlke in security engineering and consulting.
- Expanding and building client relations, collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Increasing market presence and offerings through network engagement, surveys, studies, and meaningful content.
- Acting as a thought leader, coach, and sparring partner for our interdisciplinary teams.

What you bring with you.
- You have at least 10 years' experience in Cybersecurity consulting based in the Singapore market. You excel in technical environments and are proficient in leading projects and teams at the upper management level.
- You love to connect with others, which is why you have built a broad yet relevant local business network that you bring to enhance the Cybersecurity practice at Zuhlke Group.
- You have a sound understanding of the Asian market for Cybersecurity consulting and on top of your Singapore experience, you have also lived/worked in the ASEAN locations HK, VN, MY, and built a network, which can be harnessed for potential opportunities.
- You possess extensive client-facing expertise, showcasing a proven track record in both sales and pre-sales activities, along with successful oversight of client engagements and projects.
- You have a swift grasp of complex issues, possesses strong problem-solving abilities, and excel in effective communication with a genuine empathy for stakeholders.
- You are thoughtful, customer-oriented, creative, and innovative with a can-do attitude.
- You have an excellent command of the English language.
- You have a university degree in Cybersecurity, computer science or a related field.
- You demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for Cybersecurity and consulting, showcasing an innate ability to find the optimal balance between security, business considerations, and usability.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills, extending empathy naturally to customers, partners, and team members, fostering positive and collaborative relationships.
- You can communicate succinctly and clearly, especially with senior leaders and C-level executives.
- You exhibit an inquisitive and innovative nature, self-motivated to test ideas towards successful implementation.
