**Responsibilities**:
Implementation of Site Safety Management Plan
Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients and consultants, ensures overall progresses based on schedules.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Coordinate with the drafting department with regards to the preparation/ submission/ approval of shop and as-built drawings.
Liaise with client's representatives with regards to all site matters, attend site meeting if required.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness.
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

**Qualifications**:
At least GCE O’ Level Certificate

ITE, Polytechnic or Bachelor Certificate
WSQ Manager workplace safety and health in construction site or
WSQ Manage Work at Height
WSQ Develop a Risk Management Implementation Plan

Requirement

Class 3 Driving License
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Good IT and Microsoft Office skills - Word, Excel
Good presentation and organizational skills
Sees things through to completion - persistent
Works well under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Customer focused with exceptional customer service ethos
Highly motivated with the capability to work in a self-directed environment
Able to build excellent relationships both internally and externally

Preferred

Experience in the building and construction.
At least 2-year experience in the R&R sector.
Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawing.
Proficient in CAD (Advantage).

NITEC / Higher/ Master or equivalent

Minimum of 2 year(s) experience needed for this position
