**Key Responsibilities**
- Talent Attraction & Acquisition
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding, complete new hire paperwork and enter new hire data in HR information systems.
- Orient new managers to the recruitment process and provide them with recruitment tools and resources.
- Policies and Processes
- Participate in the development of regional and Group-wide human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
- Talent Development
- Help executing training & development initiatives and managing the same in HR information systems
- Employee Experience and Employee Relations
- Help the company create and sustain a culture of innovation around employee engagement, fostering employee retention, and maximizing the employee lifecycle.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Rewards and Recognition
- Help develop and implement competitive rewards programs to attract and retain people in a highly competitive industry.
- Performance Management
- Undertake tasks around performance management. Assisting in half yearly and annual employee performance reviews
- Other responsibilities include:

- Administer compensation and benefit plans across all regions
- Organising and Running employee engagement activities like fun times etc
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related matters and resolve any issues that may arise
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates

**Basic Requirements**
- 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, growing environment
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
