Collaborate with the business development team to offer practical engineering solutions by evaluating the design and installation of existing building energy systems, including chillers, heating, industrial compressed air systems, ACMV, lighting, and plug load management.
- Develop plans for energy performance improvement to achieve cost and energy savings for building owners.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather technical requirements for preparing submission proposals that support the business development team in successfully bidding on and securing energy improvement projects.
- Establish and cultivate extensive relationships with customers and authorities through networking efforts.
- Identify and address problems and challenges faced by potential clients, developing innovative solutions in collaboration with internal engineering teams, external vendors, and service providers.
- Propose Energy Efficient solutions to clients, including detailed operating and life cycle cost analyses (ROI).
- Offer technical support and assist in addressing tender and bid queries.
- Conduct training sessions to impart knowledge to internal employees and external partners.
- Contribute to the entire lifecycle of B2B projects, from specification-in to bidding and installation.
- Provide crucial information to the sales team to enhance their efforts in securing projects.

**Requirements**:

- Holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering and possesses a minimum of 10 years of work experience in the Energy industry or related fields.
- Holds certification as a Certified Green Mark Manager (GMM) or Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM).
- Demonstrates strong technical knowledge, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems in large-scale commercial or industrial buildings.
- Experience in energy audits and managing chiller system retrofitting projects is advantageous.
- Possesses good knowledge and experience in ISO 50001 energy management system and BCA GM scheme.
- Familiarity with the principles of design, construction, engineering, and building regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analytics software.
- Knowledge of Autocad, BAS controls, Machine Learning, and/or AI programming languages is an added advantage.
- Certified Energy Auditor certification is preferred.
