**Job Summary**

Join the Sales and Product Management (SPM) platform and help Chevron modernize & expand our websites customer experience. This role is on the Web Technologies & B2C eCommerce team, a high-profile team that supports all consumer websites worldwide under Chevron, Texaco & Caltex brands.

**Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to**:

- Developing and maintaining enterprise class websites with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager)
- Translate business goals into technical requirements, conduct code/design reviews, and drive the technical implementation of web projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Experience with coding reviews and guiding the development team on good coding practices.
- Work with vendors to design end to end solution.
- Application E2E solutioning and design, taking into consideration operations, future maintainability, performance, and scalability.
- Responsible for impact analysis and design modifications to existing systems to support new requirements.
- Work within the project team to ensure delivery is within time and budget and meets the agreed scope.
- AEM sites/assets/forms deployment.
- AEM performance and security setup, including Dispatcher setup/configuration.
- Follow & Contribute to the organizational best practices/policies.
- Able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to support and communicate with various developer levels.
- Good at problem-solving skills, able to do analysis and support team to detect critical issues on existing systems.
- Serve as the bridge between Product Owner (PO, Quality Assurance team (QA), development and business teams.
- Supports across SDLC in production and review of functional design, site demos, and hands-on training.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years in AEM development experience, strong concepts of OSGi, Apache Sling, Apache Sightly, Apache Oak
- 2+ years in an AEM lead role
- Strong knowledge of Continuous Delivery, version control, branching strategy and code management
- Experience with Java concepts and patterns including Java/J2EE, JSP, Sling Servlets, JUnit
- Hands on experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, Vue
- Experience working with agile methodology, especially Azure Dev Ops (ADO), with ability to develop Stories, etc.
- General understanding of the overall Application Architecture, including Author, Publisher, Dispatcher, Load Balancing, CDN and other security layers

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Hands-on experience on server setup and maintenance, experience working with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure) will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of AEM 6.5 migration process to AEM Cloud Services
- Good knowledge of GTM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytic
