Iwf Engineer

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct periodic inspections and audit in both software to hardware e.g. Backend IT security equipment, network switches, firewalls, to front-end devices, that ranges from Access Controls, Intrusion Detection Systems, Perimeter systems, CCTV Analytics, Security Management Systems, etc.
- Conduct reviews in Security Backend System
- Liaise with customer to ensure that contractual obligations are met and services are delivered well.
- Work within the team to address critical incidents, coordinate with resolution parties, and establish effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
- Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery.
- Analyse third-party as well as internal processes, and create strategies for service delivery optimization
- Working together with Operational Technology and Cyber Security teams
- Coordinates and support the team on Minutes of Meetings, Power shutdowns and etc
- Verify and approve the maintenance team reports and documents and their corrective action plan.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in IT/ Computer/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
- Knowledge of Security Backend Equipment from Enterprise system such as Servers, Database, Applications and Network is an advantage
- Have good interpersonal skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Certification in Common Criteria, CCNA or CREST is an advantage
