**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations in Singapore, ensuring seamless service delivery, installation, and support across our automation portfolio.
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary technical and strategic liaison for key clients in Asia, translating market needs into technical proposals, product feedback, and customized solutions.
- Strategic Feedback Loop: Provide structured market feedback to Zimmer HQ in Germany to influence product roadmaps and innovations based on regional acceptance and performance.
- Technical Solutioning: Design and present technical proposals and layouts tailored to customer needs across industries, leveraging Zimmer’s broad automation capabilities.
- CRM & Process Adherence: Utilize Zimmer’s CRM system (SMART) to manage customer data, track interactions, and maintain high-quality customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with service and installation teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and in alignment with Zimmer Group’s high standards.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially in sectors where Zimmer’s individualized and high-tech solutions can add value.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in **German (written and spoken)**to communicate effectively with HQ and internal teams.
- Strong product knowledge and integration experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience in industrial automation, with exposure to both service and installation functions.
- Proven ability to develop technical proposals and layouts tailored to client requirements.
- Prior experience implementing customized automation solutions in Asia and procedural standards.
- Experience with **CRM systems**, ideally Zimmer’s SMART CRM.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global environment.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Engineering diploma/ degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent).
- Experience working within or closely with German companies or clients.
- Culturally adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholders in Asia-Pacific.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of customer orientation.
