- Freight Services Industry
- 5 Days, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- CIAS Cargo Changi (East Area)

**Job Responsibilities: -**
- Communicate with overseas office / agents / shipping line
- Attend customers’ inquiries and respond queries including bookings (air & sea carriers)
- Coordinate all shipments for both air and sea
- Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any dispute cases

**Job Requirement: -**
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in Supply Chain / Logistics industry
- Applicant able to join within short notice will be preferred
