Our facility in Singapore has key functions in research and development, procurement, sales and finance for our Lighting and Detection business lines, in addition to key functions related to our Optics Manufacturing capabilities.

We are presently seeking a **Operations Controller** that will responsible for leading, developing and mentoring the Singapore Operations Controlling team.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for leading, developing and mentoring the Singapore Operations Controlling team;
- Lead financial processes and liaise with HODs to build detailed annual AOP and forecasts, analyse and provide bridge gap on actual result vs AOP/forecast;
- Responsible for monthly finance MOR (Monthly Operation Review) with Senior Director Finance - Operations Controlling (Asia);
- Analyse site variances and work closely with CI team on recommended actions;
- Annual standard cost setting and determination of costing allocation rule between segment according to established procedures;
- Monitor cost controls to maintain accuracy of standard costs by reviewing transactions and production orders accuracy;
- Support standard cost for NPI products and customer quotes;
- Inventory Management;
- Measure key performance indicators;
- Operation CAPEX;
- Validate CI Project Savings;
- Inventory Management and CapVar calculation;
- Partner with SLT (Singapore Leadership Team), division finance leader to drive growth, expand profitability and accelerate operational excellence;
- Others projects;
- Ensure compliance with global accounting policies and financial accounting standards;
- Supports external audits.

**Requirements**:

- Possess professional or Degree qualification (ACCA, CA, CFA, CPA);
- At least more than 15 years relevant work experience;
- Working experience in manufacturing industry is a must;
- Experience in supervisory role is preferred;
- Strong experience in product costing is a must;
- Proficient in SAP, HFP;
- Good analytical and PowerPoint presentation skills;
- Strong business acumen and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with all internal and external stakeholders;
- Possess positive personality of having passion and take initiative toward works, hand-on mentality and willing take up new challenges, able to meet tight deadline under pressure, able to work independently with minimum supervision and is a good team player;
- Meticulous, strong problem-solving skill and strong analytical skillset.
