Cfd Consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Building and conducting CFD analysis to predict the performance of

aerodynamic drag and convective cooling of heat exchangers, engine room, and
underbody parts.

- Additional responsibilities will include coordinating schedules with

project teams to make sure that the simulations results can be used to
support design decisions and continually improve the modeling and analysis
techniques to increase the correlation between experiment and simulation.
- Occasionally, this position may be required to support testing such as

vehicle setup/preparation, wind tunnel/coast-down testing, and field test
activities.

**Requirement**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering and a

minimum of 5 years directly related simulation experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience required.
- Knowledge of Aero and Thermal CFD simulation is required.
- Knowledge of the automotive development process is preferred.
- Proficient PC Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other technical

software) and excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to travel and work overtime may be required.
