- Ensure the overall smooth and efficient functioning of the delivery operations for the Company’s in-house fleet, i.e. planning, assignment and adjustment of routes for the delivery drivers.
- Ensure that the drivers are prepared and briefed on the delivery arrangements for the day, and to take note of any special delivery instructions.
- Maintain overall line and supervisory responsibility for the Company’s in-house team of drivers and couriers, i.e. this will entail the managing of the drivers’ attendance, leave plans, absence from work, and regular and ad-hoc performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team to ensure that customer service interventions, e.g. redeliveries of missing items, collecting back defective orders from customers, are appropriately integrated into the Company’s delivery operations.
- Coordinate with the Customer Service team and Operations team to ensure that returns and exchanges of defects are promptly returned to the suppliers as part of the Company’s delivery operations.
- Contribute to the overall smooth and efficient functioning of the Company’s operations on e-commerce platforms, e.g. Shopee, Lazada and Amazon, in the processing of daily e-commerce orders, listing and reviewing of products, and general trouble-shooting of e-commerce platform functions.
- Cover for Operations staff, i.e. in the picking and packing of orders and/or stock-checking and put-aways during high volume days, when necessary.

**Required Attitudes, Skills and Experience**
- Adaptable to fast-changing operating environments and contexts
- Highly-dependable, focused & motivated team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Competent in common apps and software, e.g. Microsoft or Google Office
- Previous experience in delivery planning and operations for fast-moving consumer goods in Singapore (preferred)
- Previous experience in pet food or pet supplies (preferred)
